Brown & Bigelow Selects Assist to Power Operations

Large promotional products company chooses Assist’s multi-channel e-commerce solution

As a leader in the manufacturing and sale of promotional items Brown & Bigelow plans to use e.System to process orders via the web as well as from their direct sales force. Assist e.System’s comprehensive functionality will allow Brown & Bigelow to automate all e-commerce functions, including order taking, customer service, payment and security, merchandising and purchasing, accounting, sales analysis information, inventory management and more.
