Assist Power’s Allergy Control Products, Inc.’s operations

Leading supplier of allergy products chooses Assist’s multi-channel e-commerce solution

SALT LAKE CITY, UT — October 23, 2000 — Assist, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ameritege Technology Partners and a Total Service Provider of e-business infrastructure solutions, today announced Allergy Control Products, Inc. (ACP) has selected Assist e.System to support their web-site, manufacturing and retail operations. e.System’s comprehensive functionality will allow Allergy Control Products, Inc. to automate all functions, from front-end order taking through customer service, payment, inventory management, shipping, accounting and all the steps in between including sales analysis.

Mary Jo Berg, Vice President of Allergy Control Products, Inc. said, “We began looking for a new system because we had outgrown our current system. Some of the crucial factors in our decision to choose Assist e.System were the Order Entry/Customer Service modules. These modules were superior to other vendor offerings that we evaluated. The customization features that Assist offered us, and their willingness to modify their programs to help us exceed our customer expectations were critical to our decision. Assist was the only vendor who offered us the Java script option that makes our database accessible from anywhere. Assist’s skilled staff has been more than willing to answer any question or address our concerns in a timely manner.”

“We are extremely proud to welcome Allergy Control Products, Inc. to our family of customers,” says Tom Fracisco, President and General Manager of Assist. “e.System allows us to provide scaleable solutions that work to meet our customer needs. It is another great opportunity for us to demonstrate e.System’s broad and robust functionality. We feel our solution will give them the ability to continue growing, especially with regard to the Web.”
